Train Like A Pro With The Acceleration Speed Cord
The Acceleration Speed Cord is a great training tool for all athletes to gain and produce optimal levels of acceleration to rapidly create speed and move faster multi-directionally in all sports. Train alone or with a partner to develop more power and achieve your maximum velocity to accelerate, decelerate, and reaccelerate in the shortest amount of time possible in any given direction. Strengthen the lower body by forcing the legs and core to work harder for every step. For best results, use a partner to apply resistance, however it can also be clipped to a secure and stable anchor without the use of a partner. This multi-functional tool can be used to build strength and power for increased acceleration and speed as well as maximizing movements that are specific to your sport.

Adjustable Training Belt
The belt is available in 3 lengths to offer athletes of different sizes a comfortable fit while training.
Measure your waist to choose the right belt size:
Small: 31 inches or less
Medium: 32-39 inches
Large: 40 inches or more
Includes a 360 D-Ring that allows you to train in any direction
The hook and loop fastener provides a functional fit and is a safer alternative to the buckle fastener that other belts use
The sheathed cord is made with two resistance bands for twice the resistance to maximize your training.
For your safety we do not recommend stretching the cord more than 20 feet in length.
Assistant Hand Strap
The anchor or assistance strap can be attached to one end of the speed cord to allow for partner training.
Partner Training: Attach the strap to one end of the speed cord and resist your partner in any direction.
Self Training (without assistant strap): When you are unable to train with a partner or you would rather train alone, simply clip the speed cord to a strong anchor using the anchor strap and start training.
